When you join the waitlist, we store:

• your email address
• the time of signup
• your IP address and browser user agent (for abuse prevention)

Our web server additionally keeps short-lived technical logs (requested pages, status codes, IP addresses) to operate and secure the site.

3. Why we collect it

We use your email address for one purpose: to contact you about hejads early access and launch. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Where it is stored

Waitlist data is stored on servers we operate in the European Union. The website is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes connection data (such as IP addresses) to route and protect traffic.

5. Cookies

The public website sets no tracking cookies. A session cookie is used only for the administrator login area and is not set for normal visitors.

6. How long we keep it

We keep waitlist entries until you ask to be removed or until the waitlist is closed and no longer needed, whichever comes first.

7. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. Contact us via the details in the imprint and we will handle your request promptly. If you are in the EU or EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
